With my three FDM printers I produce all my available kits. My printers are Anycubic Vyper with a build volume of 245 mm × 245 × 260 mm.
In FDM printing, plastic is fed into an extruder, where it is melted and applied to a heated print bed through the hotend and nozzle. This creates the previously created models.
For all my protoypes of the new 3D models is use a SLA printer. So I get a high precision surface to create a perfect prototype. For SLA printing I use an Anycubic M3 Plus with a wash and cure station. SLA technology uses liquid resin as the printing material. This resin hardens in the desired areas with UV light and the required model is generated.

As a trained technical product designer and over 8 years of experience, I am very talented in creating 3D models with a CAD software.
For some products I need complex molds to make as many parts as possible. For example my BX droid kits and the thermal detonators.
Of course, the finished product needs a decent finish. This also includes various painting techniques that I have acquired over the years. Such as weathering or signs of wear.
